What we collect

We collect personal data that you choose to send us through the contact page form or the footer enquiry form. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Company name (optional on the contact page)
• Subject and message, or a short project description

We also use a security token (CSRF) and a honeypot field to reduce spam. Those are for form protection, not for building a profile of you. See the cookie policy for how cookies are used.

Why we use your data

We use enquiry details to reply to you, understand what you need, and take steps toward a possible project or support conversation. We do not use website form data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

The lawful bases we rely on are our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and (where relevant) taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

How we process and store it

When you submit a form, the details are emailed to JDL at . They are not saved into a website database on this site.

Your message will pass through the email systems used to deliver and receive that mail. We do not sell your personal data or put website enquiries onto a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep ordinary business records (for example if a conversation leads to work, or if we need a short record of what was discussed). When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or securely dispose of it.

Who else may see it

In practice, your enquiry is seen by JDL and by the email provider that carries the message. We do not share enquiry data with advertisers or data brokers. If a project later involves other specialists or tools under a separate agreement, that will be handled as part of that engagement, not through this website form alone.
